information need on home

I am purchasing a home from and individual... The data sheet is mostly ripped off... It was built by Signal Homes, Inc. and they are no longer in business..
Does anyone know where I can get any information for this home?

You can get a copy of the all the info certified from the Institute for Building Technology and Safety. They have a form on their web site where you can Request HUD Label Verification and Data Plate info.
