life expectancy of a 1978 Vindale mobile home

Post by bookwasbetter42 » Wed Apr 21, 2010 8:54 pm

I'm looking for the life expectancy on the 1978 vindale model mobile home. I'm looking at buying one and I know they are no longer in business, so if anyone could help me, it be greatly appreciated.

That would depend on how well the home has been taken care of and your dedication to maintenance.

I have seen homes of that age that are totally worthless and others that were well cared for in good locations that are worth quiet a bit more now then when they were new.

What shape is the home in? Will you have to move it?

It will be in great condintion after I fix the roof and front door. I will not have to move it. I was also wondering what exactly life expectancy means, does it refer to the structure of the home?
