renting a mobile in a rented land community

I just bought a mobile in a retierement community, I love it, this land is rented,
I was told that I could not rent this home? I live in california, and I am wondering does the park have the right to do this?
are there laws against this? and where or who can I call to get the right information?

Check the lease you signed on the rental lot. It may have a list of park rules or it may refer to another document that has the park rules. See what they say and if you signed to agree.
