Can anyone tell me about the fall creek double wide? I'm looking at a 3 bedroom, 1998 model. Is 35,00 reasonable?

As you may know, Fall Creek went through several ownership changes and name changes before they went out of business. When the first starting building homes, they built a very nice product. After a while, not so nice.
Nobody can tell you is that price is reasonable without more information. You seem to have miss typed the figure, but if you mean $35,000 for just the home, that seems high to me.

Manufactured homes are often sold separately from the land on which they will be placed. When calculating how much that home is worth, you need to factor in:

cost of the land or land rental.
Permits
transport the home
installation & foundations
clearance and grade work
a well or water hook-up fees
septic system or hook-up fees
electrical pole, meter and connections
driveways
steps or porches
landscaping
taxes and insurance
