Southern Structures

Hi, I have been looking at Modular homes from Southern Structures outside of Ocala and PH ones as well. I have been told that Southern Structures make a higher quality Modular because they also do comercial structures, governmental structures... Is anyone familiar with themor have an opinion as to their quality or service. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Modular structures are built to state codes and rules..There is NO rule that commercial modulars are better built than any others..As a matter of fact I always mention portable classrooms..They ARE all commercial modular built homes and very basic and spartan in finish and features..Visit the plant and take a plant tour, then go to Plant City and do the same for Palm Harbor.. I think you will find they are much more skilled at residential structures and if you need a commercial structure they can build them for Florida as well. Good Luck
