Help with price

I live in western NY state. I want to order a commodore home, 1680 SQ. feet, original plan 2 bedroom, 2 baths, den (which we divided into a computer room in 1/2 and a walk in closet in other 1/2). Does include a Full, brick-look fireplace. We were told the price will be around $135,000. No room for haggling. This is in a manufactured home community where we would be renting the land. Is this a fair price? It seemed rather high to me. We don't have any major luxuries, just the one small floor plan change and added the fireplace. The Master bath doesn't even have a shower or tub, as I am having handicapped ones installed myself. Thanks!

If this is a closed park (one which requires you to buy from them as opposed to renting a lot and moving your choice of homes in) you are paying money for the location. Only you can decide if the home in that location is worth the price asked for your pocket book and needes, you have to compare it to other housing opportunities in the area. Nice parks in areas where land availability is scarce can and do command a premium in their prices. Good Luck
