I need to buy 2 manufactured duplexes

I'm in the market for 1 to 2, 3 bed, 2 bath, duplexes that are Silvercrest MF-08 or similar. Do you know of where I can buy them slighltly used?

VERY FEW of these would be sold new..and then seldom would they EVER be moved..This will mean there will hardly ever be any used to be moved in the market..
