Hi my name is Richard I live in Florida I was trying to finding the value of 1996 Fleetwood, model 2483 B Green Hill. I do not the buy the NADA book for $119.00
But I want some thing that I could bring into court room I might have to bring this dealer to court.
What happen to me was my mother just past a way This company that sell Use mobile home call Richard and told Richard that they have a mobile home 1999 / 1998 they were not sure of the year. the day after the funeral I sign the contract with out the year fill in and Richard gave them $27K then Richard gave them another $5K and we put the year on the contract they put a 1996 Mobile home on the residential lot this. This lot cost $100,000.oo because it is on the canal to Tampa bay.
The company want all there money refuse to lower the price and refuse to take it off my lot, Richard contact the State of Florida they did nothing have to paid them and it is not finish

Does it make any difference which year the home is??????...You can get a book value above at the link at the top of this page..It will not cost you $120...You will need much more information to get a reasonable estimate of its value..but a rough book value would not do much good in court...You would have to invest in a full professional appraisal to impress the judge..They probably would cost about $300...There is an appraiser listed in the Yellow pages here near you..

The real value is in the package..land and home together..In the location you mentioned, I would guess a clean used home on a well located canal lot could well be worth $133K...or more..The year model would make little difference to the value...
