Adding a loft on a old 1965 single-wide home

I would like to know if it's possible to renovate an existing single-wide home. Is adding a loft possible? I live in San Marcos, CA. I guess I would have to refer to park regulations, but am also wondering about HUD, state, etc.

Your home is pre HUD and HUD would have nothing to say about it...Local building codes would..BUT..it is VERY unlikely that the structure of this home would be able to take this kind of construction...You can do extensive renovation but a loft sounds like something well beyond this homes capability..
