Looking for information

I recently purchased a property at an auction that has a very livable 24X40 doublewide. I thought it was a 1975 model, however I was told they were not made until after that. How do I determine what year and type this home is?

If the home was built after, you can get specific info from here..

If the home has a HUD seal and or data plate it will have been built in the 76 model year or later...Pre HUD homes (before the 76 model year)do not have the above..
