Sunroom

Post by Ryan » Mon Aug 13, 2007 9:14 am

I'm planning on adding a free standing sunroom to my home built by Four Seasons. Four Seasons is drawing up a plan that will follow the lines of our home and the work will be according to regulations and inspections of the State. This sunroom will replace a 10 x 35 front deck that will be used all year around. I would like to hear from anyone that has had this experience added to their home and I value any advise. Thank you, Ryane

IF the homes builder is drawing up the plans Im feel sure that you will end up with a superior addition.

If you are in the north you should know that unless both your home and addition are on frostline footings, they probably shift independently. If you're concerned about having trouble keeping the gap sealed where the addition meets the home read this free article. Sealing an Addition
