I'm considering buying a Champion "Columbia" home - Any reviews on this product?
I'd appreciate any opinions from consumers or 'heard from a friend' types! Thanks! My home is in Montana, BTW so withstanding our winters is a concern.

I am a licenced/certified mobile Installer from Fort Smith AR.
I have spent several years in the M/H service field ,Including Campion Homes
I am not familiar with this specific factory,However,The campion factorys that
I have been associated with have given less than desirable service after the
home is in the field.
It is important that there are several other Champion Homes from that
factory in your reasonable proximity.I would suggest calling the factory
direct to get information regarding the factory service arrangments for your
area.Try to verify thier responce.
Make sure that the home is built for Zone three to insure proper
insulation values and built for the NORTHERN zone to insure a roof load
of 40 psf. to protect against SNOW LOAD .
If your research results are not up to your expectations you may consider
looking into Redman Homes .
I'm not sure of thier location but they are well built homes .
If you have any further questions feel free to E MAIL .Good luck
P.S. If you purchase the home check out the insaller thoroughly. this is as important as the make of the home.check state codes pertaining to installer certification. Jim Hoffman.
