Looking for Mobile Home & RV Park Management Team

Hello,

I own a mid-size Mobile Home & RV Community in southwest FL and I’m looking for a husband and wife management team to manage it.
Requirements for the position are:
- Great social skills
- Good Office Skills, including computer and internet knowledge.
- Bookkeeping using QuickBooks or Quicken Small Business.
- Knowledge of Florida’s 723 Statues
- Good maintenance knowledge and skills.
- References from past employers
This community is a fun community that applies the rules to solve problems, not to create them.
The Park is an adult community that is very busy during the winter season. We plan a lot of activities during that time. It has a great group of people that have become friends and look forward to their winter stay in Florida.
