Screened In Porch

HI, want to put a screened in porch on my mobile home, I don't want to have it right on the cement though I wanted to come right out the door into the patio, so basically about 2-3 ft off the ground....Just wondering if this would be very expensive to do, also any pics would be helpful...Any pros and cons also,Thanks
