I've ordered Grissim Buyer's Guide to Manufactured Home from Border's book store and they say this title is currently out of stock. Would you have more information on this.

My guess is that Borders has a terrible wholesaler that they get the books from..You have chosen a good book to help you buy a new home..You can get this book by paper OR e-book for immediate download here at the book store..

Go for it..John did have a much ealier edition that might well be out of print..but the 2 here are the most up to date...
