No...a modular home never has a title..you imply you have a title which only could be on a manufactured (mobile) home..If you are looking for help finding a lender for this house...check the lender section of this web site for lenders who specialize in manufactured homes...

If this is in fact a sectional manufactured home, where the title has been surrendered, you can check with the DMV or what ever is the correct titling agency in Pa. There is usually a set format to obtain a title if it was previouly surrendered.
