Mobilehome without wheels, how do I move it? Want to sell or possibly give away.....

Hi, I recently bought land in Topanga, CA with a mobilehome which I need to get rid of. It has no wheels, does this mean it must be craned onto a trailer? It is in pretty good shape but needs new interior flooring and cabinets. Anyone with any advice? I can't even figure out the year built or manufacturer....although after reading this site I have a few more places to try to look. I hope to find someone who will be able to use this home, it is perfectly good. Thanks!

If it is a manufactured home...It will have a metal I-beam frame..These frames have hangers for axles which will have tires on them...Any reputable manufactured home moving crew will have axles and tires that they will rent to you for the trip....Model and make can be had from the title...You might want to check with the local taxing authority for the info that they have....Also if the HUD label is there still..IBITS will give you a history of the home..check the FAQ section of this web site...
