Financing Options

I am a mortgage loan officer in Knoxville TN. I am trying to find a niche in financing mobile homes. I have a few lenders on the books. I am looking for a lender who will finance or refinance homes in a mobile home park besides Vanderbilt Mortgage. Any and all hep will be appreciated.
