UNBEARABLE HEAT!!!

The air conditioner in my home seems to work okay but air only blows out of the vents on one side of the home. This situation makes it terribly HOT at night and we can't even sleep. Please Help Us

Sounds like your cross-over duct underneath the home is disconnected or in bad shape. The cross-over duct brings air to the other half of the home.

In addition you may want to seal up any ways that any animal could use to get under your home. Sometimes the smallest hole can let in an animal that would love to use your crossover duct as a nest to have BABIES. My cousin learned this the hard way. This winter his electric bill was $250.00 three months in a row. Finally he figured it out. The CAT had some babies on his shreadded crossover duct. Best Of Luck

I would like to replace ac unit, close floor ducks and suspend metal ducts down center of my double wide, side venting into bedrooms 90% from main duct. I have a open floor plan and think this would work nicely. Can the roof support the duct?
