You need to contact Cavalier for a foundation print and an installation manual if you don't have one.
You need both to answer your questions.

If you have a singlewide home, many inspectors will OK blocking every 8-10'. Doublewides get a bit more trickier as blocking needs to be in the right areas to support openings along the marriage wall and such.

In the state of Ohio, we require blocking every 8 foot starting no greater than 2 foot in from each end unless you have manufacturers installation instructions stating otherwise. Also the anchoring is to be every 11 feet starting in no greater that 2 feet from each end unless otherwise stated by the mfg.Blocking for entry doors, patio doors and such are separate as is the marriage line blocking which is very specific.

That is assuming your using the standard ground or concrete anchors and not the newer type out by MinuteMan, OliverTech and such.

Mike -
Trmimo has it right on this one. There are certian points that each manufacturerer requires on every one of thier homes. In addition - each state has different requirements. Cavalier will be able to send you a diagram and your county (or state) should be able to get you codes. Your dealer SHOULD help with this. Be sure to pay attention to any doors, patio doors, and large windows. Between the dealer and Cavalier, you should be able to find out what you need.
