how to level a single wide mobile home
how to level a single wide mobile home
We have a 1994 single wide mobil home. It is in a mobile home park. We bought it used and it has been set up for a little over a year now. The interior walls are beginning to buckle. I think It needs to be leveled. Is this a difficult process or could my husband and I do it ourselves. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Re: how to level a single wide mobile home
I would suggest a professional contractor.
It is possible to do yourself, but it is very easy to damage your home without even knowing it when attempting to re-level it.
What is relatively easy to do is to check to see if the home does need releveling.
One of the books available here will give you enough information to find out if your house is level.
Since you say interior walls are buckling rather than sidewalls you may have a different problem.
