Transfer of mobile home

If there is still a loan outstanding on a mobile home, is it possible to transfer ownership? We don't have the title since the loan is still outstanding.

Of course to sell the home you will have to deal with your lender....You can sell with a bill of sale..the buyer should get you to sign a motor vehicle power of attorney so he can sign your name to transfer the title..ask you local title office for a copy.....If you are selling with a transfer of equity..the lender usually handles this process..
