Exterior cleaning

I just purchased a nice used double wide .. Can anyone share recommendations for exterior cleaning to get rid of spots of mold that are forming and other surface blemishes?

I use a weak bleach solution - a cup to a pint per gallon - spray it on, let it sit, then hose it off. I always hesitate to pressure-wash, for fear of shooting water up inside the wall.
