need a home

I need a home near Daytona Florida. It needs to be doublewide with 3 bedrooms. My parents live in Port Orange and I cannot get bank financing because low of a fico scores.

I have about 6 thousand dollars to put down if any one knows of some owner financing.

And I will be moving to Florida on June 16 2004. This would be help if any ones know any thing that can help me and I am mother of 3 kids.
