we are looking for a manufactured home in the Ohio. We want a manufactured home with over 2000 to 3000 square feet, NEW. Perferably 2 story. We want a home that looks custom built and not a trailer.

We have what you are looking for! Check out the Crystal Valley or American Heritage building divisions on the Patriot Home website, www.patriothomes.com.
All drywall, 8 or 9' flat ceilings, ceramic tile backsplashes at every sink, transom windows, fireplaces, cold air return systems, hardy board lap siding, up to 2280 square feet. These houses are fine. If you want a very special site built look, see the the end elevation models with the full or half front porches, they do not look like a traditional manufactured home, and they're not.
