ARE YOU PAYING CASH? HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT TO SPEND OR STAY UNDER?

DO YOU HAVE FINANCING? I DO HAVE SOME AVAILABLE.

MY HOMES DON'T LAST LONG BECAUSE I SELL THEM WHOLESALE.

Hello Tammy;

I saw your ad on MFD. We (my partner and I) have a small company that buys and sells mobile homes at 30 to 50% below NADA or Fair Market Value -- because our overhead is so small we are able to sell these homes at very reasonable prices. Our homes are in excellent condition and very well maintained. I understand you are looking for a 1999 or newer Doublewide. I just have a few questions so we are able to assist you better. What size double wide (ie 28X48, 56, 60, 72, 80,etc..)? What price range are you trying to stay within? Do you have pre-approved financing, paying cash, or will need financing (we only ask to see if you need help or sometime to acquire financing)? How soon do you plan to purchase the home? If you can answer these questions this will allow us to help you much quicker. You can contact me at (901)829-4135 or (901)219-8068. Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks and God Bless
Maurice

Beware of Palm Harbor Homes. Ours is a year old and the ceramic tiles are coming loose all they want to do is patch and not fix the problem correctly.
