Mobile homes in KY

I actually have 2 questions. One is if you have VERY bad credit what are the chances of you getting a loan for a mobile home? Two is where do I look for used mobile homes that you can purchase/lease to own. We currently have a home in KY but have to move due to job and because of child support increase the last year we have been late on just about everything. The mobile home would be moved on my mothers land about 55 miles from where I live. (greater cincinnati area). If anyone can help please email me. Thanks
