Older Manufactured Home & Lot Financing in NC

Can anyone tell me if there are any financing options for purchasing an older doublewide & lot other than the standard 30 year fixed? We are looking for an interest only mortgage or option arm mortgage. Do these options exist for older manufactured homes & land purchases? If so, what financing companies offer them?

I know of noe interest only mortgages for manufactured homes...If this home is set to FHA standards..most FHA lenders do offer 3/1 or 5/1 ARMS...Righ now not a geat rate in comparison to fixed...Call a few local dealers about finance sources they have had good luck with...
