needing information on franklin and southern estates homes, good or bad

im considering buying either a franklin home or a southern estate home, but really don't know much about their reputation. if anyone has any information, good or bad, i would appreciate u sharing it with me. to many bad manufactured home stories out there and i'm trying not to one of the bad static.

I have a Franklin, have had it for 10 years and I have had 0 problems. I can't speak for everyone but I did alot of research before buying and the Franklin was built better than any other manufactured home I found and it has been great. My only bad comment would be with the insurance agencies. they group all manufactured homes together so we pay high premiums. I feel like we are punished for the poor quality of some other manufacturers.
