moving my manufactured home

I live in Oregon and I have a Manufactured home in a park. I want to move it to a lot because I can not sell it in the park the value is so low that I can't cover my loan. The unit is a 1997 and in great shape. Anyone know what lenders will do this type of loan (manufactured construction). I have 800 credit score with a ten year job.

Not sure where you are in Oregon, but there are some developments selling lots around the north and west Willamette Valley (McMinnville and Dayton come to mind). You might contact them and see what they suggest. Santiam Homes has a mortgage brokerage, and you might try some of the community banks in the area. My understanding is that you will be refinancing through a construction loan into a deeded lot/home. Some folks offer all-in-one loans like that (not sure of fees/rates). 800 is fabulous, so I'd imagine they would love to do business with you.
