Needing Info

This is my first time buying a manufactured home. I found a repo for 82,5000. Its 1533 sq. ft. and has a nice size back yard and side yard. It is all upgraded inside.

The main problem I am having is finding it on the web. Its called a Scott Manor. A product of a divorce. It is set in a nice location in a nice park. I just am not knowledgeable in this area. If anyone could give me any direction or questions I should ask, please let me know.. Thanks for listening!

Becareful with those line ads in classifieds..1/2 are actually fake...most repos would not be this high ..check out the value of other homes in the park...Go to the bookstore here and invest in your future with one of the fine buying guides listed in there....

Depends on where you live. Homes in parks are more difficult to sell and don't hold their value like those where are on land or lot that you own. Sounds high to me. Better check with a Realtor to see what values are for homes in parks in your area.
