RE: mobile home rental

I have an older Metamora mobile home which I rent out, after each renter there is of course repair to be done. The last renters left a hole in the wall. On inspection we found the paneling was sheetrock with paper on it which made it feel and appear to be paneling. Of course we need to find the most reasonable way to fix the wall because it will probably happen again. So far we have been unable to find this type of "sheetrock/paper" which I think could be more reasonable to replace on a regular basis than paneling. One person at a mobile home parts bussiness suggested that we check with Metamora, but I cannot find a bussiness address for them. Do you have any other suggestions?
