Portfolio liquidation

I have a large(over 1 mill.) portfolio of chattel notes (mobile homes w/out land) that is well seasoned. I have been trying to liquidate this so we can move on to other projects. It has been well performing but, we have other investments we would like to make at this time. The problem is that I have only been contacted by brokers and I would like to work with principle investors that have the ability to fund this quickly and with few contingencies.
