Interest only Mortgage Loan on MH

I am having a terrible time getting the type of financing I want on the Karsten home I'm buying in Acton, California. I work in the entertainment industry and an interest
only loan would take some of the pressure off when the work is limited. Does anyone know if there is a lender that will do such a loan? Help!!! Thanks
