Workmans Comp. Insurance Cancelled

I am trying to find out if our company (Developers and Managers of manufactured housing communities) is the only company that has a complaint against Hartford Insurance company.
We were with the Hartford for 3 years and never had a claim of any kind. My bookeeper called Hartford with a non related billing question, and in the process of speaking with the Hartford rep., we were informed that we no longer had workmans comp. insurance.
The rep. claims they sent us a letter of cancellation (not certified mail), and they said they also sent a letter to our insurance broker. Neither the broker or my company received notice from Hartford.
We have filed a grievance against Hartford with our state insurance commissioner, but I'm wondering if any other companies experienced this with Hartford. Hartford said they were not renewing any manufactured housing communities and this was the reason for the non renewal with us.
