owners

Dear Chrissy,
My husband and I have managed several 55 plus parks and we feel that the best atmosphere is created when you have good owners who really care for the people. Why do some owners treat their "customers" so poorly. We are fortunate to have found the best of both worlds...WONDERFUL owners and great residents! Also, some managers are like little dictators! I just don't understand their mentality.
