I am a Canadian. I live in Ontario and manage a mobile/modular community. I am also a realtor. Would be interested in knowing why you what such a list?????

I know of NO complete Canadain list. There are lots of incomplete lists on the net though.

I don't believe the list that the Ontario Manufactured Housing Association or Manufactured Home Park Owners Association are complete. In BC alone there are over 800 manufactured homes communities/parks. Ontario wouldn't be quite that many however I would guess between 500 - 600. The numbers keep changing because new "land lease" communities are being developed daily. (Not your typical mobile home parks any more).Many have both manufactured homes as well as traditional stick built homes). As in the states the industry is different in every province.
