I was wondering if I could use your article about land lease vs property ownership to show prospective tenents and current residents the advantages of living in my community? I will acknowledge you as the author, and I do not plan to alter it in any way. Also, I have been doing a new sales approach. Most people are worried today about their retirement savings. I calculated that at a difference of 500 dollars per month savings over a site built home, people who bought a mobile home from me, and lived in my park would save up 454,000 dollars over the course of 30 years at 5% interest!!! Thought I would share that brainstorm with everyone here.
