IN 1976 THEY PAID 880,000 FOR TWO PARKS WITH A TOTAL OF 430 SITES -- THE ONE IN WILLIAMSTOWN WHICH IS WHERE I RESIDE HAS APPROXIMATELY 230 SITES -- TODAY IT IS GROSSLY OVER ASSESED AT $4,200,000 -- WITH PIPELINES FALLING APART, POT HOLES IN THE ROAD ETC., ETC., ETC., -- THE TYPICAL RESULT OF AGE AND GROSS NEGLIGENCE -- THERE IS NO WAY ANY OF THE TENNANTS WANT TO PERSUE RESIDENT ACQUISITION -- IT HAS BEEN PRINTED IN TWO LOCAL
PAPERS THAT AN OFFER HAS BEEN MADE BY A COMPANY BASED IN THE NORTHEAST THAT HAS EXTENSIVE MOBILE HOME PARK PROPERTIES, AND THAT IT IS NOT LOCAL.

Yes, I know of several large companies in the northeast, but do not specifically know of the ones who are bidding on your community. Until the contract has been signed, the pending purchase is generally not public knowledge.
