What's the Norm?

Our MHP lease stipulates owners/renters cannot wash their vehicles in the park. Also, all vehicles need to be registered. As the manager, I am not required to sign the lease although I live in a double wide owned by the park owner. Do I have to abide by the same rules as noted above? I am curious as to what are the typical guidelines being followed?

YES - you certainly are required to abide by the guidelines! You must set the example for the rest of the community, as should your employees who live in the community. This is not an unusual guideline.
