Hi Chrissy,

Please send your series of rent letters & tips for talking with residents about late rent. I also need a checklist sheet for new residents which would show the amenities in a rental unit and any known damage. This would be used during inspection after the resident moves. Many Thanks!

Thanks for asking. I will put a copy of the collection letters and collection phrase in the mail for you this week. The inspection report is part of the Community Management Forms Book and cannot be pulled out at this time. The Forms Book sells for $125 (containing both printed forms and a CD with all forms on it) or just the CD for $75. There are over 200 commonly used forms in the book. In just the short six months this book has been available, we have sold over 80 of them to community owners and managers. Even if you are computerized, you still need formats for commonly collected information and reporting. The CD gives you the forms in both Excel and Word for easy merging with most software.
