I work for a real estate investment company that finances manufactured housing communities. This is a new loan program and I am trying to find owners who own manufactured housing communities that might need refinancing?
Can some assist on how to obtain a list of owners?

Well, I have several suggestions that hopefully will work for you. First, I would suggest that you contact the trade publications (Journal at 800-869-0471, Community Management at 480-990-1101, Merchandiser at 312-236-3528, Modern Homes or Modern Homes Development at 800-505-5500, or Manufactured Housing Today at 503-452-8730 and place some advertising in their upcoming issues. That will probably get you a lot of response! Another suggestion is to call Karin Soyster at 800-505-5500 and reserve booth space at the National Congress scheduled in April in Las Vegas.

Both of those avenues will get you a lot of exposure to developers and community owners who may need your services. For more immediate exposure, contact David Oxhandler, webmaster of the Manufactured Housing Global Network at 352-288-2328 and/or David Reynolds, webmaster of The Mobile Home Park Store and talk with them about streaming banner ads on their websites, or building your own website.

Would you consider financing for individual mobile home sales as well, or are you only interested in entire communities?
I am having trouble finding financing for a mobile home that I have for sale.
