Ripped Off

I was employed by a major manufacturer retail sales lot and "let go" just prior to receiving commission on two sold houses. The company's policy was if the deal had not funded yet then you don't get paid. This doesn't seem fair to me. has anyone else run into this and if so what is really the procedure. I also seek others who feel they were wronged for a possible action.

Mark, I have been in the same situation and I took them to court and won. Depending on the dollar limits of the small claims court in your state, you might be able to do it without a lawyer. If you can't go through small claims court, hire a lawyer and sue them for what is owed to you for what you earned.
