What's the clue?

I've had a few people come to my home and go 'gee this is a really nice trailer' (it's a 2300sf modular built this year for over).

What gives? My home looks better than most others on the street, it has vinyl siding, shingled roof, concrete foundation, eaves, gutters, etc. esssentially everything any other newer site built home has. What is it that says 'this isn't a site built house'?

Is it the puny steps they give you? (haven't been able to build a porch yet)
The length x width compared to the more squarish site built homes?

What?

Sorry...but what you are running into are those who are jealous...They would never admit their much higher cost box type home is really not such a smart buy...They secretly wish they had the smarts that you have..saving tens of thousands while living a better life..

Be proud of your home......Build that deck..

Enjoy..
