Buying and Selling MH

We need some advice. My husband and I are relocating to Tampa and want to buy a MH to put on land. We are considering Homes of Merit, Fleetwood, and Jacobsen. Don't know much about any of them, except what I've read here. We are trying to selling our existing 1984 14x70 3/2 MH in Kansas City before the Aug 1 job relocation move and are feeling a bit desparate-we need the money for the new home. Was thinking that maybe we could order the home from here, in Missouri, and that might give the dealer an incentive to sell, buy or accept our present home as a trade in. Several questions: 1. What brand in Florida is better quality for the money- (we want this to be our home for the next 20+ years, but only can afford payments less than 700 month for home/land) ? 2. Would be at any disadvantage if we found a dealer here that would order the home and work with someone there to install it? 3. Any ideas about selling our mobile home quick, and even at a loss (we own it)? Any ideas would be so appreciated. Thanks.
