Modular Companies for Rhode Island

I am looking to build a modular home in Rhode Island and have it narrowed down to two companies. Chelsea homes and Westchester Modular Homes. Any advice on these or any other companies that provide service to the RI area would be greatly appreciated.

On a different note, I have compared at least a half dozen home plans. Specs being very similar in most some charge up tp $60k more. Does that mean that the lower priced company is not sticking to what they say there specs are or are the higher priced companies just making more profit? Again any help would be greatly appreciated.
