buying a used home

Hi,
I have an opportunity to buy a mobile home at a great price, 8900 for a 14X 48 built in 1989. It has a shingled roof and wood siding. This is the situation. The park was bought out by a large company. All the homes have to be sold by the 17 of may or be demolished, so I have a short time to act. Im not sure if I should get a real estate agent to represent me or go it alone. There are issues like titles, and deeds, and Im sure lots of paperwork and whatnot that I need expert advice. Would there be a comission paid to my agent being that there are no individual owners. Thanks in advance for any advice!

You should consider a local attorney to handle the contract and title..There would be a small fee...much smaller than if you have as problem and hire them later to clean it up..
