Norris 6/12 pitch roof

Have been looking at the different double wide and modular manufacturers and talked to an owner of a lot that sells Norris, He said he would not sell me a Norris 32 wide of any length with a 5/12 or 6/12 pitch roof because they were not safe for the owner or the people that sets them up. They were not built very strong. Any comment? I like the looks of the Norris with all their availabel options. Thanks, Mike

I was actually shocked to see that Norris built a 6/12. I agree with your dealer. Norris is a good one to stay away from.
They build their homes too close to the minimum standards.

Stay away from Norris. I also know a homeowner who was advised, that their basement design is not approved and they ran into significant problems.
