Solitaire Single Prices

Hello All,
I have bought one e-book and did alot of looking and have decide to purchase a new Solitaire 18x76 SW-R318S.
The lowest price I have found this model locally is $36,000(includes set-up,underpenning,etc.)
I was thinking I could get this for less,Say $30,000
Has anyone come close to this price,new?
I am located in Oklahoma.
