this is kind of a long letter so please bear with me. a few days ago my husband and i had a moble home delivered. to some land we have in mi . any way he kind of just droped the moble home and got out as fast as he could but not before telling my husband , that he wanted a tire that he put on the moble home be for he moved it. any way he never blocked it we thought he did but he didnot. a few days later my husband and his friend where looking under the home to make sure he didnot ruin the pipes and stuff. any way while they whre looking at the pipes. the moble home fell on my usbanda nd his friend . fortunity the only thing that hapned to my hubby was a broken arm , his friend was hurt worse. anyway what i want to know is was he supose to block up the four corners of the moble home or was that our problem. iam real upset about this please helpe. the friend is out of work for a long tiime. and has 3 childern and wifeto suport iam not worryed about me and my husband. please tell me what to do

OUCH....Actually..your friend probably has a claim against you...You are the property owner and liable for negligent accidents on your property...If you have it your homeowners insurance would pay for your friends medical bills....and protect you from other claims he DOES have...The best thing you can hope is he does not go to an attorney....Sorry this has happened...You are lucky to still have a hubby....
